Ordering

Payment is by credit card with PayPal, check or money order. If paying by credit card, you may order directly from this website using safe and secure Paypal. See item description pages to place items into your shopping cart. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact us with your order at info@nameyourwishimages.com. Be as specific as possible when describing personalization. *Note: a space or a punctuation mark consititutes a character. See item description for character limits.

Shipping

Our matted prints come in a clear plastic sleeve and are safely shipped in a sturdy cardboard document mailer.
Expect your prints within 10 business days from receipt of payment. If you need your print by a certain date, please let us know and we will be happy to try to accommodate you.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your photo. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please promptly contact us. We will make whatever changes necessary to the image to ensure your satisfaction. You are responsible for return shipping.

Some of our customers have had different ideas about what they would like in the photos, or really like a photo but have a few too many characters.
